The Change Manager is responsible for delivering timely communications to affected resources during times of change, ensuring that service and performance levels agreed between Accenture and the Client are met. The Change Manager is a liaison between Accenture and Client Leadership, Mobilization and other key stakeholders to effectively align strategy objectives through transformation. The role requires the Change Manager to effectively coordinate other deliverables and activities related to the transformation as delegated from stakeholders listed above. The Change Manager is also required to be highly flexible to respond to a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for monitoring the day to day change impacts to processes activities of the team and ensuring that all SLAs are met throughout transformation
  • Oversees the delivery of key strategic messages through communication plan and the approvals with agreed upon timeliness of each
  • Support activities associated with content development, production, promotion and measurement
  • Work in close collaboration with cross functional colleagues to ensure consistent, integrated deliverables
  • Monitor and respond to queries, feedback and requests related to the communication plan and or transformation
  • Maintains a thorough awareness and understanding of relevant strategic objectives within the organization
  • Contributes ideas and take actions towards the ease of transformation within the affected Operations team
  • Integration of changes and training delivered to resources to better acclimate to changing work environment
  • Liaise with Accenture HR in relation to recruitment, training, performance management, retention, relocation and or severance packages
  • Comply with communication policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate by Accenture Key Deliverables

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in change management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of operations processes in finance accounting
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong client driven focus and results orientation
  • Strong people management, teaming and collaboration skills
  • Self starter with good time management to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong problem solver with an analytical approach, with the ability to deal effectively in high pressure and dynamic situations
  • Strong experience in MS Excel and competence with other PC based applications
  • Prior experience in managing onshore and offshore team members
  • Experience working in a client facing managerial role
