Application Development Specialist (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Specialist in Philadelphia, PA to create and support technology solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation. S/he will perform the following duties: design and deploy innovative concepts and applications for the clients' projects; analyze, design, and/or build new components or enhancements to existing modules; gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications; design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards; develop and implement testing plans; work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications; develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components; provide support for installation of application releases into production; and experience in engaging multiple stakeholders to come up with technology solutions that will address client and their operational needs.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 4 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer and Senior Programmer or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following experience: 3 years of experience in requirement gathering, creation of business requirements documents; 4 years of experience in developing solution using Eclipse or IntelliJ Integrated Development Environment and Java, SQL, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, or Spring Cloud); 3 years of experience in developing solution using Web services, Hibernate, Microservices or Angular, Html, JavaScript; 4 years of experience in unit testing and integration testing of the solution; 2 years of experience in using one of the version control tools: Git, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket or Subversion; and 2 years of experience with one of the continuous integration tools: Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo or TeamCity; One of the automated build tools: Maven or Gradle.
Telecommuting is permitted for this role; need to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
