Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Chicago, IL to lead the Dynamics CRM implementation for support and enhancements based on user requirements. S/he will perform the following duties: provide subject matter expertise on the technical platform to define solutions to meet business needs; work with internal IT teams to understand integrations; conduct and facilitate user requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders; develop high and low level technical design and document technical architecture; build and configurations of Dynamics solution and deployments between environments; oversee work tasks for offshore team, driving accountability and schedule adherence; responsible for maintaining source code in a repository and maintaining version history; develop enhancement requests and prioritize with key business stakeholders; and oversee project financials.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or in a related IT position. Alternatively, employer will accept any bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, plus 8 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or in a related IT position. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is permitted for this role. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience designing Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration; 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM development; 3 years of experience gathering business user requirements to be implemented on a Microsoft Dynamics solution; 5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM System design; and 2 years of experience creating and executing manual test scripts to meet user requirements.
Telecommuting is permitted for this role; needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
