Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Cincinnati, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Cincinnati, OH to manage multiple cross functional teams. S/He will perform the following duties: oversee the Demand and Capacity for teams in coordination with business process leads; oversee projects scope, estimations and resource planning; drive the requirement gathering and design working closely with stakeholders leveraging the Design Thinking methodology; execute the development in SAP ABAP, SAP UI5(front end), SAP cloud, SAP mobile application technologies through Agile Development methodology; manage the performance management of resources; oversee the coordination between cross functional teams working from different geographical location; ensure the SLA and KPI compliance for the deliverables; and drive automation across business processes through RPA (Robotics platform) tool.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Associate Consultant or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience in Project Management, project scope, estimations and resource planning; 2 years of experience in Design Thinking and Agile development methodologies; 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development technology for core enterprise application development; 3 years of experience in SAP UI5 (frond end) technologies and SAP Mobile applications; 2 years of experience in change management process; and 1 year of experience in Robotics process automation technology to drive automation across business processes.
Positions are based in Cincinnati, OH but requires international travel up to 10% of an average work week.
