The Application Development Manager develops and designs technologies that improve the way our clients and the world works. Supporting the core of Accenture's Technology business, they are eager to learn and use that curiosity to solve Technology problems through developing, designing, and configuring software products or systems that enable client strategies. They use their versatility and experience to design technology solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of development/architecture experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of Java enterprise application development experience
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience with Spring or Spring Boot
  • Minimum of 3 years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
  • For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.
  • Please note: The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advance SQL/PSQL knowledge
  • Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices
  • Experience with Spring framework and REST services
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is
$90,900 - $188,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
