Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Hartford, CT ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Hartford, CT to develop and support business technology systems for P&C Insurance. S/he will perform the following duties: business system analysis; work in Agile environment and works in a scrum team; business system analysis involving requirement analysis; creating features and user stories; testing and product implementation; work with teams in multiple locations and able to communicate issues/risks/status to project stakeholders throughout the engagement; Reviewing team's work to ensure quality; lead the scrum team in providing demonstrating to stakeholders the team progress; Support the team in UAT testing and provide support to Business teams for successful releases.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience in business system analysis involving requirement analysis, creating specifications, testing and product implementation; 5 years of working experience in an Agile environment and working in a scrum team; 3 years of experience in developing and supporting business technology systems for P&C domain; 3 years of experience using policy administration systems, with experience in at least 3 of the following areas - Policy and product management, policy quote front end systems, Policy rating system, Claims administration, or underwriter issue systems; and 1 year of experience as a Product owner managing the business requirements & product enhancements.
