Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Atlanta, GA to develop, design and maintain technologies that improve the way the clients and the world works . S/he will perform the following duties: d evelop application and component strategy in line with the business strategy for one or more programs; architect the development strategy for applications and components; manage one or multiple development streams in line with overall program timing and milestones; manage overall deployment plan; including the development plan and schedule; implement and set security and data direction for the coding work; understand business drivers that will impact performance; ensure communication from/ to the technical architect of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project; ensure maintenance activities are in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or other business requirements; provide technical expertise and guidance to production support staff; design, build, assemble, and configure application or technical architecture components using business requirements; build and leverage reusable code and libraries for future use; lead code and quality management reviews; team with stakeholders on application and component design to secure buy in; partner with the testing team to ensure applications/components are fully functional; oversee and fix any defects or performance problems discovered in testing.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Application Development Team Lead, Software Engineer or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Enterprise Java solutions; 6 years of experience in telecommunication business support systems (BSS); 5 years of experience developing complex configure, price and quote services for telecommunications providers; 5 years of experience designing, and implementing containerized microservices; and 4 years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Enterprise grade data retrieval solutions using REST services.
