A sophomore in college looking to gain meaningful industrial engineering and/or supply chain work experience before graduation. You have a passion for public service and doing work that matters. You are innovative,communicative, and enthusiastic to take on new problems and strengthen your technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.

The Work:
The program typically starts during your sophomore year of school with your first rotation. A second rotation occurs during your junior year, followed by a third rotation in your senior year. Additional rotations occasionally happen during summer semesters, providing you with even more experience. By the time you have graduated, you will have accumulated 3-5 semesters (roughly one to one and a half years) of experience at multiple clients in multiple industries delivering multiple offerings.
