Advance Application Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Bloomington, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Advance Application Engineering Manager in Bloomington, IL to involve in all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle starting from Sprint Planning to gather Test requirement, attending Design Review meetings, creating Test Deliverables, participating Go/No-Go decisions till Post Production support for multiple mobile application platforms. S/he will perform the following duties: conduct Test Planning documents, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Scenarios & Cases, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test and Test Summary Report along with execution of actual Test Cases; conduct System Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing along with Implementation and Post-Production Checkout of the application; follow up with respective stakeholders to get the reported defects fixed and leading them to closure; prepare daily defect reports and escalate the defects, as needed, by following the standard defect process; work as Testing Consultant to multiple dependent areas and various cross product teams to understand their requirement and to help them in executing of their validation scenarios for multiple mobile application platforms; review and provide feedback for User Interactive (UI)/ User Experience (UX) Designs for the static and dynamic navigational pages of the mobile application and wearable; facilitate meetings with Product Owners, Application Architects along with other relevant stakeholders for reporting testing progress; help in Continuous Integration and facilitating technical aspects of Continuous Delivery by automating multiple functionality in the application using tools like Eclipse, Jenkins and Perfect; provide re-usable solutions for Selenium automation scripting that helps in reducing regression testing time; identify and implement Test Automation solution for the business needs by leveraging industry tools and Accenture's Test Automation Framework; maintain the Automation Regression suite that helps to execute every sprint.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 3 years of experience developing and Deploying Advance Application solutions using modular architectures, next-generation techniques, cloud-first and mobile-first skills catering to niche/emerging industries and products; 4 years of experience performing and analyzing the technical and business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, to develop a systems solution that align with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards; 3 years of experience performing architecture Quality Assurance reviews for proposals and ongoing engagements around User Interactive (UI)/ User Experience (UX) Designs for the static and dynamic navigational pages of the mobile application and wearable; 4 years of experience utilizing commonly used DevOps Tools Development Tools (like Eclipse, SoapUI etc.) and Testing Tools (such as Perfecto, HP-QC, or Appium, BDD/TDD framework ); 1 years of experience implementing Features disrupting the current market, including Wearables, Touch/Face Recognition, Digital Payment System, Voice Command Navigation, Apple Business Chat, Digital Wallets across iOS, Android, Amazon and Windows platforms; and 1 years of experience utilizing knowledge of Java, Swift, Kotlin and InVision tool along with similar experience in utilizing Cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure) used for developing and implementing Application Automation solutions.
Positions are based in Bloomington, IL but requires domestic travel up to 80% of an average work week.
