Job Description:
We are looking for a highly effective Delivery Lead to join our team. An individual filling this role will be responsible for the overall success of our Abobe programs, focusing on the client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health. Ideal candidates will have a consulting background and will have experience managing programs that combine strategy, experience design, and technology disciplines.

The Work:
  • Works in a highly client-facing role to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global and large-scale full-stack Adobe solutions
  • Develops strong working relationships with the sr. management team and identifies follow-on project opportunities
  • Plans and estimates delivery work with an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation planning
  • Manages day to day on-shore and off-shore project teams during the project lifecycle
  • Manages the project ideation, gathering the high level business requirements, defining the detailed requirements and process into epics and stories
  • Manages Experience lead team in developing strategic vision and creative UI/UX design
  • Manages and contributes to solution plan definition
  • Manages and contributes to development of the content migration and global roll out strategy and execution
  • Interacts with client stakeholders for business justification, funding, scope and timeline
  • Contributes to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing our resources
Travel; required

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands on Java/J2EE software development experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies (waterfall, Agile)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets) solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Bonus Points If:
  • Experience working with other relevant WCM and ecommerce packaged solutions such as SDL Tridion, Acquia/Drupal, Sitecore, EpiServer, SalesForce, SAP hybris, and ElasticPath
  • Experience in multiple front-end web technologies including: HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (ie. React/Angular)
  • Experience with one or more back end/server-side technologies including: SOAP/REST, SQL/NoSQL databases, ESB, and Microservices
  • Experience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including: Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, JMS, JUnit, Eclipse
  • Experience with project automation technologies: CVS, SVN, Git, github, Jira, Selenium, SonarCube, maven, Jenkins, Continuum, Hudson
  • Working knowledge of multiple web and application tier technologies: Tomcat, Apache Http, Solr, open source packages, Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $125,000 - $207,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
