The Flex Recruiting Manager supervises recruiting capabilities and oversees the recruiting process within Accenture Flex. They will manage initiatives for Accenture Flex Recruiting and will be involved in building new ideation around innovation, technology, new talent pools, and new processes. They will drive recruiting strategies by setting up direction for the recruitment team and strive to drive value. They will take part in our teams strategic planning and be expected to provide their voice on all aspects of the Accenture Flex business to drive innovation and growth through recruitment. The ideal candidate will be able to handle ambiguity drive change and transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a rapidly growing team of recruiters and recruiting team leads.
• Provide analytical support for key business decisions and participate in strategic planning
• Take part in our teams strategic planning and be expected to provide their voice on all aspects of the Accenture Flex business to drive innovation and growth through recruitment.
• Have a big picture view and the ability to communicate to stakeholders across the businesses
• Support Accenture Flex recruitment Team Leads to deploy effective recruiting strategies to successfully deliver on demand
• Maintain and provide governance with Accenture Flex Stakeholders and Recruitment Leadership
• Ensure compliance and serve as a change agent across the Accenture Flex process
• Support process improvements and enable Recruitment Leads to drive delivery
• Collaborate across HR Shared Services to deliver effective recruiting value for Accenture Flex stakeholders

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience managing teams of 20 or more recruiters
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience (managing resources/timelines)
• Minimum of 5 years metrics and/or reporting experience/managing to SLAs

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience with systems like Workday, My Scheduling, or other applicant tracking systems
• Self starter who will thrive in a fast paced environment
• Passionate about owning solutions and solving issues
• Proven ability to communicate complex issues concisely

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is 90,900 - 153,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
