We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Site Manager with a strong background in customer service and facilities management. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely communication, operational efficiency, and high levels of client satisfaction. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, managing service delivery with precision, maintaining profitability, and driving continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of client accounts, including service portals, scheduled work, and ongoing communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and updates with professionalism and urgency.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service logs, and financial documentation.
- Monitor account profitability and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and margins.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service execution with client expectations.
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for overall performance.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
- Provide regular reporting and performance summaries to clients and senior leadership.
- Ensure all work adheres to company standards, contract requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or account management, ideally within facilities services or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of facilities operations, subcontractor coordination, and client relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and organizational abilities.
- Technologically proficient, with experience using client portals, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Supreme attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bi-Lingual: English and Spanish Preferred
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Knowledge of industry compliance standards and best practices
