The Regional Parking Contract Manager duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the work required of all ABM staff assigned to the Contract, including oversight and management of all parking activities at the three major NYC metro airports.
Compensation: $145,000-154,000 Annually salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Regional Parking Contract Manager duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control the work required of all Contract staff assigned to the Contract, including oversight and management of all maintenance activities.
- Abide by and ensure adherence to established policies, rules, procedures, and regulations of the Port Authority as applicable.
- Represent ABM at meetings, as may be directed by the Manager, which concern the operation of this Contract.
- Ensure that all employees comply with the highest possible standard of customer service.
- Make certain that employees meet Port Authority standards regarding personal appearance and demeanor.
- Oversee the selection and discipline of Management and Supervisory employees working under this Contract.
- Initiate and direct the orientation and training of all employees of ABM to assure optimum customer service and efficiency.
- Review all records and reports and take necessary action directly or through Operations Managers to correct errors and improve the efficiency reliability of the Service.
- Authorize and approve the purchase of supplies, services and materials associated with the administration and operation of the service in accordance with this Agreement.
- Be responsible for analyzing reports and metrics in order to develop procedures to improve service. In those cases, where Authority action is required, the Management Representative is expected to submit recommendations and suggestions for Authority consideration.
- Conduct unannounced personal inspections at various times to ensure service standards and contractual obligations.
- Maintain disciplinary and historical records and ensure they are readily available if needed.
- Prepare purchase orders and other requisitions for the purchase of supplies, services and materials associated with the administration and operation of the Service.
- Financial responsibilities include but are not limited to budgeting, P&L, forecasting, payroll analysis, etc.
