AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking an experienced Agent Assistant, Insurance Sales to join our Call Center Insurance Team in Cincinnati, OH! This position will support Call Center Insurance Agent's sales and marketing efforts by assisting producer with sales related activities. Daily interaction with AAA members and potential prospects with focus on prospecting assistance, quoting new business opportunities, and developing network (COI's) with Agent. Responsible for profitable growth of Agent's book of business. Must have an active P&C license
Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule (Split time in office and work from home)

- Maintains & builds Agent's direct prospect pipeline by utilizing EPIC and CRM databases.
- Quoting new business proposals when applicable.
- Developing COI's through various networking opportunities throughout community.
- Referring existing clients to Customer Service Centers.
- Return phone calls/voicemails from existing clients when appropriate.
- Follow-up on outstanding leads generated by Retail Insurance Agent.
- Active Cross-Selling of Home/Auto/Life (if licensed) policies to existing policyholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years successful P&C insurance experience required.
- Active P&C license for resident state (required)**
- Active L&H license for resident state (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding technical skills: typing, data entry, quoting
