Membership Sales Specialist

- Sell and process new AAA memberships.
- Review membership coverage levels and up-sell/cross-sell upgrades and add-ons.
- Make outbound calls to our membership base (welcome new members, offer promotions, discuss upgrade options).
- Ensure leads are completed and documented appropriately.
- Serve as the go-to person in the store for all membership-related items.
- Have a high school diploma/GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales/customer service experience
- Have effective communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
