Warehouse Manager

Overview
As a Reusable Asset Depot (RAD) Manager, you'll get to manage the entire crew of warehouse personnel, manage customer relations, and all aspects of operations of the warehouse. That includes the location's P&L, human resources partnership, and payroll activities. This leader is vital to the success of the RAD!
Shift: Monday-Friday; approximately 8AM-5PM; Flexible scheduling required, including occasional weekends and availability for other shifts based on organizational needs
What You'll Do
- Communicate goals, manage staff schedules, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the site
- Train and develop associates to ensure they are following company policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage customer relationships for site and work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager to best service the local customer
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and assigning work to new associates
- Ensures company policies regarding HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and HR are followed in conjunction with federal, state, and local employment law
- Analyze site data to make continuous improvements in operational excellence
- Draft reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manuals
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Monitor each employee's performance and workload to ensure expectations are met
- Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- 5 years of experience, preferably in retail management, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environments, and 3 in a Supervisory role
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred
- Bilingual ability in Spanish preferred
- Forklift certifications required
- Must possess a valid driver's license to allow for travel to various company locations, if required by the company

- Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
- The noise level in the work environment is dependent on location
