Senior HR Systems Data Analyst

Overview

As a Senior HR Data Systems Analyst, you'll get to work closely with our HR Systems team to monitor and assess process workflow within our enterprise hiring system, iCIMS, and the company's HR information system, ADP. The Data Analyst will partner with stakeholders across the company to ensure efficiency and accuracy of information flow to improve overall experience for internal employees and external candidates!

What You'll Do

  • Operational support of HRIS (iCIMS | ADP WFN & WFM)
  • Maintain & support system workflows, data integrity between platforms, current reporting, and system dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system and data issues to recommend solutions to improve performance & user experience
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across internal systems
  • Support enterprise applications through support and ticket creation for solutions
  • Coordinate projects for system implementations, upgrades, and testing activities
  • Document data flows, business rules, and technical procedures to support day-to-day operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data and system issues
  • Translate and document semi-technical and non-technical issues into clear, concise, and precise organized details

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field
  • 2-3 years of direct experience supporting HRIS and tools (iCIMS, ADP, SmartSheet preferred)
  • High competency in Excel, including advanced formulas & basic scripting for data manipulation, and PowerPoint to include slide deck support and creation
  • Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), APIs, webhooks, and automation protocols for system connectivity
  • Demonstrated experience of effective communication - technical translation, cross organizational, and collaborative
