

Charlie Custer is a content creator who’s currently working at Dataquest.io, helping folks learn data skills. Before that, he worked in China for years as a journalist covering Asia’s startup scene, and before that briefly as a language teacher (English and Mandarin). He’s also written a variety of freelance articles for outlets including The Atlantic and The Guardian. He now lives with his wife, daughter, and dog in Maine, where he runs a mountain biking YouTube channel, reads science fiction, and dabbles in motion graphics and animation.
