Every office has them. Those weekly meetings that seem completely pointless, repetitive, and just plain hard to get through without checking the time every other minute and banging our heads against the conference table.
But chances are, you’re not going to get out of them. And spending every minute responding sarcastically, rolling your eyes, and making it obvious you’d rather be anywhere else isn’t going to make them any better. In fact, it will most likely cause them to drag on even longer.
