We all want more sleep, but getting a good seven hours every night is easier said than done. Yes, you know you should unplug from technology and hit the sheets at a reasonable hour, but you just can’t seem to find the time to do so. Maybe you’re caught up answering last-minute emails, or, if you’re like me, catching up on all the news (a.k.a., Facebook) that you missed during the day. And before you know it, 10 PM turns to 1 AM. Well, at least coffee will replace these hours of sleep you’re not getting, right?
