You know how it goes. You have plans to get all these things done today, and then, just like that—poof! It’s time to go home, and you barely even made a dent in your ever-growing to-do list.
And I’m willing to bet that the reason you didn’t make much (or any) progress is because your day was full of distractions. In fact, some say that the average employee experiences an interruption (e.g., a co-worker stops by, a Facebook notification pops up, your mind wanders to another task you have to do, and so on) every three minutes—every three minutes! That’s crazy.
And it takes even longer to get back on track. Before you know it, the majority of your day has been spent trying to “recover” from all the disruptions.
As you can imagine, this is far from ideal. So, explore the infographic below to discover how you can take back control over your productivity. I guarantee you’ll feel more accomplished at the end of the day.
