And I’m willing to bet that the reason you didn’t make much (or any) progress is because your day was full of distractions. In fact, some say that the average employee experiences an interruption (e.g., a co-worker stops by, a Facebook notification pops up, your mind wanders to another task you have to do, and so on) every three minutes—every three minutes! That’s crazy.
