While everyone talks about following your passion, it's important that you also follow your fears. Marie Forleo explain in this video.

“Follow your passion.”

“Follow your bliss.”

“Follow your heart.”

These are pieces of advice that are supposed to lead to fulfillment and happiness, in your career or otherwise. But life coach Marie Forleo challenges these ideas and says you should follow your fear instead.

According to Forleo, this sense of impending doom is actually telling you something about yourself and the value of whatever decision, goal, or idea you’re currently thinking about. Following this feeling, what she distinguishes as “good fear,” is precisely what can lead you to powerful outcomes.
