If you’re a manager, it’s probably a bit concerning to learn that 87.3% of your employees overwork. When you’re in the moment, having your employees put in more time totally sounds like a good thing. But, in the long run, your team is less productive, less engaged, and less likely to stay with the company.

You don’t want your employees to start counting down to Friday on Sunday night. So, take a look at the factors that motivate their productivity. And let them guide you in creating a workplace that promotes hard work, not overwork.
