How to Design an Office That'll Inspire People to Do Great Work

There’s a reason we love putting together roundups of truly amazing offices—working in a beautiful space not only makes you happier, it also makes you more productive, more creative, and more relaxed.

Take Three Day Rule’s gorgeous office in LA. Thanks to the massive windows, relaxing couch nooks, inspiring wall décor, and calming blue accents, the team is excited to come to work each day. (Check out the open positions!)

Or Braintree’s jaw-dropping Chicago headquarters. There’s a treehouse-themed conference room, an enormous open space for collaborating, and even a penthouse space with chairs and couches. (Good news: Braintree is also hiring.)

However, even if you don’t work at Three Day Rule or Braintree, you can still work in an office you love. This infographic explains exactly how to design the perfect office. Show it to your boss and ask him or her to make it happen (politely, of course). And, if you are the boss? Get it done. Then, maybe your company will make it into our next roundup of amazing offices!
