What stresses you out? For me, it’s the sudden realization that I have a ton to do and no idea when I’ll get it all done. When I see project after project piling up in front of me, I lose all faith in my ability to produce high-quality work (if any at all).
My chest tightens up, I become super fidgety, and I tend to snap at people I care about over really stupid things. Though a little bit of stress can be healthy (it’s true!), too much is not, as it can have detrimental effects on your well-being and productivity.
