The way those you work with perceive you is really important. You want them to think of you as smart, efficient, easy to work with, and someone who not only gets the job done, but gets it done well (among other positive traits).
One thing you don’t want them to see you as? Rude.
And believe it or not, there are three super common words that seem very innocent but can, in fact, cause you to come off as quite rude.
