Responsibilities

The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team develops the technology behind ad creative production, interpretation, and optimization, so advertisers, creators, and partners can deliver experiences users actually want to watch.

We work on scaling creative production, understanding diverse content, and optimizing ad performance, while preserving the authentic sense of discovery that makes TikTok distinctive. The quality of those solutions directly influences user engagement, advertiser success, and the growth of the creative ecosystem.

You will shape the future of AI-powered advertising creativity, on work with impact at global scale.

About the Role
The LATAM Creative Products & Operations team helps brands win on TikTok by scaling high-performing advertising solutions across two core pillars: TikTok One, a creator-led suite connecting brands with the best creative ecosystem at scale, and TikTok Symphony, TikTok's GenAI-powered suite that lets brands produce and optimize content through artificial intelligence.

As a Product Marketing & Operations Intern, you will sit at the center of our regional go-to-market and partner operations engine. You will support the team in bringing TikTok One and Symphony to life across LATAM - developing compelling pitch decks and narratives for partners and internal stakeholders, building enablement materials, and helping keep the day-to-day product operations running smoothly across troubleshooting, contracts, and payments.

This is a hands-on internship where you will see how a global advertising product lands in a fast-growing region. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Operations, Sales, Partner, Legal and Finance teams, and gain exposure to both the creative side of ad tech (messaging, narratives, partner education) and the operational backbone that makes it all work (processes, escalations, cross-functional coordination).

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.
Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.
