Our team is built on the foundation of the creative ecosystem, offering comprehensive creative capabilities to global clients. We are seeking experienced operations professionals responsible for overseeing the overall creative needs of our APAC clients. From material services to influencer content, from insights to production and marketing, they ensure the creative team's contribution to clients' business growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for the full go-to-market strategy and execution for creative products to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Responsible for the onboarding and training of advertisers, fostering client engagement and empowerment. Assist in pitching products/solutions to clients and engage in client discussions.
3. Partner closely with the Global Business Solutions team to understand and address advertiser business' requirements through the right creative products.
4. Deliver operational support at the campaign execution level, guaranteeing a smooth and trouble-free process.
5. Gather preliminary market insights and qualified product feedback to inform product strategy and improvement.
6. Strong operational rigor ensuring team trackers and documents consistently updated and well-maintained.
7. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to create, refine, and develop strategies for content that simplifies and enhances marketing efforts on TikTok.
8. Maintain direct and ongoing relationships with partners from creative/creator agencies, managing onboarding, contracts, invoicing, and addressing business, technical, or policy issues while advocating for our ecosystem internally.
9. Identify, cultivate, and grow relationships with top partners in Japan, ensuring they are delivering on our program goals, tracked and measured for success based on very strict performance metrics.
10. Drive partner adoption of our creative products and provide continued education for driving product adoption across the ecosystem.
11. Daily data management and analysis, manage and improve the relevant data system according to the business target and product iteration, guide project decision-making through data analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Over 3 years of experience in commercial product operation or related experience in the advertising industry, with an understanding of the international advertising market;
2. Experience working with creative agencies, creative advertisement products and creative campaign management
3. Familiar with commercial advertising logic, especially with the basic knowledge of performance advertising, able to output marketing methodology and propose product solutions according to industry scenarios;
4. Strong data analysis ability, can independently complete the industry and customer advertising creative analysis and optimisation strategy proposal, and output analysis report;
5. Great communicator & team-worker. Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thriving in a work environment with diverse cultures.
6. Fluency in Korean and English, to engage with advertisers in the Korean market whilst collaborating with stakeholders across the wider APAC region.
