Sourcing & Buyer to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities:- Supplier negotiations - Services
- Supplier and contract finalization
- Running small sourcing projects & spot buys
- PR to PO conversions
- Communication
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Sense of urgency, Problem-solving, Teamwork and strong of negotiation
- Familiar with RFI/RFP/RFQ process,
- Familiar with e-sourcing systems (e.g.: Coupa, Ariba, Xeneta, Bravo).
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, industrial Engineering, Economics, International trade, Chemical/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ Years of experience in Indirect Procurement (MRO & Services) preferably in LATAM Market. Experienced in sourcing, planning & execution.
- MRO: Industrial Services, Spare Parts, Utilities, Equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals or personnel transportation.
- Facilities: Food Services, Office Services and suppliers, Utilities, Security Services, Cleaning Services and Shuttle Services.
