Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

About the Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.

The role is directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will combine an exceptional ability to provide consultative selling; a passion for growing revenue; an outstanding ability to set strategic vision; and a willingness to execute the tactics. Success in this position requires strong sales and client-facing experience; problem-solving skills; attention to detail; the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Candidates may apply to a maximum of two positions across Our Company and its affiliates globally. Applications will be considered in the order they are submitted. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates.

Responsibilities
As an intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas and contribute to team objectives under guidance:
Consultative Support
- Learn about our client solutions approach, supporting the team in developing strategic recommendations for clients across product adoption and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with product evolutions and market trends, assisting in delivering insights that inform client strategies.
- Support measurement initiatives, including Brand Lift Studies and conversion tracking, to help optimize campaign performance.
- Assist with client education and capability building by preparing materials for business reviews and workshops.
Account & Campaign Management Support
- Support account management activities, helping to maintain relationships with brands, agency teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating client media plans and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Help monitor campaign performance and conduct basic analysis to support reporting.
- Support data gathering and analysis for post-campaign reporting and account audits.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to support account growth initiatives.
- Assist in tracking revenue attainment and client activity metrics.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by helping prepare case studies and market insights.
