KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER BIOGEN BIOSIMILARS - EAST SPAIN (Barcelona based)

What You'll Do:
- Territory covered Cataluña and Aragon
- Develop and execute an effective business plan tailored to the territory's needs.
- Identify, segment, profile, and define key accounts among stakeholders such as payers, pharmacists, hospital managers, physicians, and nurses.
- Build and maintain intimate knowledge of account stakeholders' priorities, processes, business needs, drivers, and barriers.
- Foster and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular visits and engagement with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor procurement cycles and processes relevant to biologic products.
- Lead the submission and negotiation processes for access to Biogen's aTNF products.
- Utilize resources from cross-functional departments to implement local marketing strategies and organize programs to enhance understanding and interest in assigned products.
- Potential opportunity to expand portfolio in immunology.

Required Skills:
- University degree (sciences preferred); a master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with hospital products as a KAM.
- Experience in rheumatology.
- Mid-level in English and fluency in Catalan preferred.
- Knowledge of the Catalan healthcare system.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong selling capabilities and interpersonal savvy.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a long-term vision.
- High level of digital competency to support hybrid sales activities.
- Results-oriented, ethical, and committed to high standards of conduct.
- Strong drive with high ambition.
