Our Advertising Platforms organization enables a thriving ecosystem for content creators, publishers, and developers by helping them monetize their work while enabling users to discover high-quality content seamlessly across Apple devices. With the continued growth of Apple Ads within the App Store where a significant majority of app downloads originate from search this platform has become a critical channel for app discovery and performance marketing for iOS developers globally.

In this role, you will grow, lead and develop a team that is responsible for revenue generation and customer happiness across your assigned market or region. You'll use your knowledge of developers, advertisers and agencies to create and maintain positive and productive relationships with marketers of all size and type. You'll quickly gain the respect and support of both management and other employees by achieving business goals and demonstrating good judgment, business insight, balance, objectivity, collaboration, quiet confidence, and trustworthiness. This role requires a strong player-coach leader who can effectively develop and inspire the team while remaining hands-on in managing and expanding relationships with our most strategic customers.
The CPM will oversee the Client Partner team while also managing the Platform Specialist team, who is responsible for optimizing Apple Ads accounts, maximizing revenue performance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
This role will be responsible for driving a high-performance sales culture that consistently delivers against revenue targets, customer satisfaction (CSI) goals, and key performance metrics such as CPT and CPA.
