Senior AI Engineer | Generative AI & AWS profile to join our team.
Required Qualifications- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML engineering.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, LangChain, LangGraph, vector search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker.
- Knowledge of Databricks, data pipelines, feature engineering, model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Understanding of MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, automated retraining, and production monitoring.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Advanced English proficiency for collaboration with international stakeholders and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents.
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration platforms such as n8n or similar tools.
- Experience with GitHub projects and reusable AI components.
- Knowledge of backend engineering for AI applications.
- Experience developing proofs of concept and minimum viable products.
- Familiarity with performance, latency, reliability, and cost optimization for production AI systems.
- Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and current developments in the AI and LLM ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI and machine learning models.
- Build autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex business tasks.
- Manage the complete machine learning lifecycle, from data pipeline design to deployment and monitoring.
- Develop Generative AI and RAG-based solutions using modern frameworks and cloud services.
- Implement MLOps practices to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and success metrics.
- Lead proofs of concept and MVPs to validate the feasibility of new AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance, response time, reliability, and infrastructure costs.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to reusable AI components and engineering standards.
- Support the adoption of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization.
