Responsibilities

The Fashion team drives growth across the fastest growing industry in Malaysia. We partner with leading brands and sellers to deliver seamless, engaging shopping experiences that make TikTok Shop a trusted destination for daily needs.

This role supports the strategy and execution of merchant, merchandise, campaign, and budget initiatives for TikTok Shop Malaysia. You will turn market and business data into practical plans, build reliable operating mechanisms, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. The role suits an analytical strategist who can work independently within defined goals, identify issues early, and improve execution through clear workflows and metrics.

Responsibilities
- Own defined workstreams across merchant, merchandise, campaign, and budget strategy projects, from analysis and planning through execution tracking and review. Plan and manage project or campaign budgets, track spending and cost efficiency, and provide clear variance analysis and recommendations.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, seller behaviour, product performance, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities and business risks. Prepare concise analyses, business updates, and presentation materials that translate data into clear findings and actions.
- Support the development and iteration of go-to-market, seller and brand growth, and merchandise strategies for the Malaysia market.
- Monitor the merchant and product ecosystem to identify high-potential sellers, brands, and emerging products, and flag performance or execution risks early. Track seller participation, submissions, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives; follow up with sellers and internal teams to close gaps.
- Build and maintain workflows, operating SOPs, project trackers, dashboards, and key operational metrics; improve them as business needs evolve.
- Work cross-functionally with category, seller management, marketing, finance, product, and other teams to align goals, resources, timelines, and implementation.
- Support ad-hoc strategic and operational priorities where structured analysis and disciplined execution are required.
