As a Tender Expert, you will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting competitive tenders for power system projects, utilizing your expertise in power system design, analysis, and customer requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with a diverse and talented team.

What You'll be doing:

  • Analyze project requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive tender proposals that align with customer needs and project objectives


  • Research and recommend optimal technical-commercial solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Understand and apply bid execution strategies


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions that highlight Schneider Electric's strengths


  • Provide technical expertise throughout the tendering process, addressing technical queries and participating in customer meetings


  • Drive continuous improvement of tendering processes and tools.


  • Master all aspects of project offers, including technical proposals, purchasing and cash flow for standard and medium complexity projects


  • Ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across projects, incorporating lessons learned, risk management and T&Cs.


  • Understand the full project lifecycle from tendering through execution


What will help you succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Electrical, Electrical& Electronics, Power Systems, or related field). Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus


  • Strong understanding of power system design and engineering principles, with hands-on experience in design, implementation, or tendering of power system solutions


  • Proven experience in tendering, project management, or similar roles within the power systems industry, with a track record of successful tender submissions and customer engagement


  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements and customer expectations


  • Fluency in English is required. Danish language skills are a strong advantage.
