Responsibilities

TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

At TikTok, our Partnership Managers play a key role in shaping long-term collaborations with leading fashion brands across Europe. They act as trusted advisors, helping clients unlock the full potential of discovery commerce on our platform. By showcasing the power of TikTok's innovative advertising solutions, they guide partners throughout the entire funnel - from brand storytelling to performance-driven growth.
Our mission is to deliver measurable business outcomes while creating authentic, seamless experiences for our community. Partnership Managers develop deep, strategic relationships with brands, inspiring them to engage with culture, connect with audiences, and drive impact in ways only TikTok can enable.

Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth within the vertical, positioning TikTok as a key partner for the industry.
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities, helping brands embrace the power of discovery commerce.
- Lead and expand strategic client relationships, accelerating product adoption and scaling innovative solutions.
- Deepen TikTok's penetration within fashion brands by diversifying product usage across the funnel.
- Act as an ambassador for TikTok in the market, shaping the platform's external narrative within the industry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and legal teams to continuously improve client experience.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations to maximise impact.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
- Ability to analyse campaign data, identify trends, and deliver clear strategic recommendations.
- Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with clients.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience building persuasive presentations using industry insights and internal data.
- Knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable media buying.
- Strong network and proven ability to establish relationships (up to C-level) with advertisers.
- Expertise in digital performance marketing, with the ability to connect performance with brand storytelling.
- Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
