Staff Software Engineer

What we're looking for

• Have a BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Have 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer with strong expertise in Java, JavaEE, and Spring Boot.
• Have a solid understanding of microservices architecture and experience with cloud-native stack (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS).
• Have strong experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and indexing strategies.
• Possess proficiency in developing RESTful services and GraphQL APIs using Java and Spring
• Be proficient with Angular 10+, ReactJS, and component-based architecture.
• Have solid debugging and performance tuning skills across the full stack
• Have experience with reactive programming (e.g., Spring WebFlux). (Nice to Have)
• Possess knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, SAML). (Nice to Have)
• Have knowledge of testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNg and Playwright. (Nice to have)

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$124,000.00

Maximum:
$271,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
