What you can expect
As a Solutions Engineer at Zoom, you will advocate for customers. Your responsibilities include providing product development recommendations, supporting the AE/Channel Account manager, and translating technical requirements. You will test customer environments and promote Zoom's architectural advantages to drive customer demand, contributing to customer happiness and the success of Zoom's Communication platform. The role is based in Tokyo, and reports to the Head of JAPAC, Solutions Engineering in Australia.

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of technical experience in Collaboration technologies/a customer facing technical role
- Have Knowledge of Zoom platform (Chat, Meetings, Video, Phone, Marketplace/API)
- Have Voice & Network knowledge, SaaS experience is nice to have
- Have Business Level Japanese/English (English: nice to have)
- Have strong business acumen and executive presence, able to position Zoom Communication platform end-to-end
- Have to experience to work cohesively with customers, Zoom Account Team, and Zoom Partners
- Have Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent

必要要件
- コラボレーション領域における2年以上の技術営業経験（Pre-sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer等）

- 理学士(BS)/工学学士(BE)または同等の学歴をお持ちの方
