About the Team

What we're looking for

• Hold a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, and 10+ years equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Optimizely Content Cloud or similar CMS platforms for content management, publishing, and asset organization.
• Utilize .NET MVC for building and maintaining web applications.
• Apply web experimentation techniques including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and audience personalization.
• Build solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Implement SEO best practices including meta tags, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and performance optimization.
• Design and deploy full-stack applications from architecture through production.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server) is advantageous.
• Apply DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
