What you can expect
Bonsai, now part of Zoom, builds tools that help agencies and professional teams focus on meaningful work. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help drive customer acquisition across paid, organic, and search channels.
You will plan and execute growth campaigns, run experiments to improve conversion, and use data and AIassisted workflows to identify and scale what works.
About the Team
At Bonsai, we build technology that helps agencies, consultancies, and professional services teams manage proposals, contracts, projects, and billing in one place. As part of Zoom, our team focuses on growth, experimentation, and customer acquisition. We test ideas quickly, learn from data, and continuously improve how we reach, engage, and convert customers across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing customer acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels, using data driven targeting and rapid experimentation to scale high-performing strategies.
- Supporting SEO and AI search optimization, including keyword research, technical optimization, backlink development, and content structured for both traditional search engines and LLM-powered discovery platforms.
- Running growth experiments, including A/B tests and other testing frameworks to undefined funnels and improve conversion.
- Building and using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate campaign ideation, content production, creative testing, and performance analysis.
- Analysing campaign performance to surface insights, identify scaling opportunities, and continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
- Managing social media presence and engaging with relevant target communities.
What we're looking for
Bring 3-5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, building and scaling performance marketing channels with a focus on high-impact, high-return initiatives.
Use analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Google Analytics to analyze metrics and dashboards with a data-driven mindset.
Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness, with willingness to learn new tools, experiment, and take initiative.
Bring exposure to SaaS or technology environments through internships or full-time roles (Preferred).
Use coding skills to support experimentation or growth workflows (Preferred).
Demonstrate experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion (Preferred).
