Commercial Account Executive
What you can expect
Zoom is looking for Commercial Account Executives to sell our Zoom Workplace Platform within the Healthcare vertical. Our Commercial AEs engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Workplace platform. You'll build positive, trusted relationships with C-Suite decision makers and help customers realize the value of their investments.

Responsibilities
- Qualifying leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required
- Creating, delivering, and managing client presentations, proposals and coordinating quarterly business reviews
- Conducting high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives
- Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns
- Upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
- Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions
What we're looking for
- Have experience in a quota carrying sales role
- Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales & projects
- Have experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills
- Have experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
- Have fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Able to travel as needed

Responsabilités
- Qualifier les prospects et effectuer une évaluation des besoins, en mobilisant des ressources techniques selon les besoins
- Création, diffusion et gestion de présentations et de propositions pour les clients et coordination des revues commerciales trimestrielles
- Mener des conversations de haut niveau avec des cadres supérieurs et vice-présidents
- Développer et maintenir les activités au sein des comptes existants, gérer des situations de vente complexes et des campagnes de vente
- Ventes incitatives et exploitation des affaires grâce à des relations clients nouvelles et établies
- Travailler de manière stratégique avec la direction pour fournir des prévisions, identifier les tendances, les opportunités, les défis et proposer des solutions recommandées
Ce que nous recherchons
- Avoir de l'expérience dans un rôle de vente soumis à des quotas
- Avoir de l'expérience dans la prospection de nouveaux logos nets, le développement et le maintien d'activités dans le cadre de comptes existants et la gestion de ventes et de projets complexes
- Avoir de l'expérience en matière de prévisions commerciales, de développement de pipelines et de compétences en gestion
- Avoir de l'expérience dans la réalisation de démonstrations de produits et être capable de créer des messages stratégiques pertinents
- Maîtriser le français et l'anglais (écrit et oral)
- Capable de voyager selon les besoins

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$151,300.00
Maximum:
$264,800.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
