To achieve our vision, we are searching for Student Achievement Associate or Managers with a Bachelor’s degree along with superb organizational skills and a dedication to education equity for all students.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our team to ensure that all students, especially those with special needs, are receiving the services and support they need to be successful at Zeta
  • Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, the school psychologist, and families to ensure strong systems are built and utilized to track special education needs, intervention strategies, and assessment data over the course of the year
  • Work closely with School Leadership to implement a scope and sequence of professional development and training for instructional team members and service providers related to data tracking and the IEP process
  • Attend meetings with the Committee on Special Education that works with schools and families to address student IEP needs
  • Push for student outcomes, holding yourself accountable, using data as your guiding force

The start date for this position is July 28, 2025. Summer professional development begins for staff in mid-July, and students start the school year in mid-August. The salary range for this position is between $64,500 and $86,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience in social work, lead teaching, and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
