To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Outreach Associate with a Bachelor's Degree who is fueled by a passion for team success, community relationships, and continual improvement. Because of the communities that we serve, fluency in Spanish is preferable.

Deliver incredible results
As the Outreach Associate at Zeta, you will support our team to establish and build Zeta’s world-class reputation in the communities that we serve by ensuring that local families have the opportunity to learn about and apply to Zeta schools. After our annual lottery, you will support our team in enrolling all students and in ensuring that families experience an excellent enrollment process.

You will ensure that awareness of Zeta is continually rising and that all Zeta classes are fully enrolled through:

• Supporting in the creation and distribution of creative content that explains Zeta to prospective families

• Using all methods of communication (digital, print, in-person) to spread the word about Zeta to all families in the communities that we serve

• Creating and executing efficient processes for student enrollment, including but not limited to managing our call efforts, managing student applications, and tracking application data

• Engaging current Zeta families to learn about their needs and how Zeta can best support them

• Training parents to lead meetings and events, helping to create a network of parent leaders who are active in their communities

• Developing relationships with parents to enhance volunteerism and encourage a collaborative school community

• Building relationships with community centers, businesses, pre-Kindergarten centers, libraries, and other local establishments

• Organizing and running events, like Zeta school tours, for prospective Zeta families
