To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Manager of Strategic Facilities with a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience in strategic, legal, and/or operational roles who is fueled by a passion for team success and continual improvement. Candidate must also have excellent interpersonal and project management skills, a sense of ownership over projects that drive efficiency and excellence in all aspects of work, and a demonstrated interest in real estate, property development, and/or school design.

As the Manager of Strategic Facilities at Zeta, you will ensure that Zeta has affordable, world-class, state-of-the art facilities that enable students to meet their highest potential, while also maximizing the organization’s freedom and capacity to grow and to create lasting change in public education in traditionally underserved communities.

You will facilitate timely access to facilities to enable Zeta to grow in accordance with its strategic growth plan by:

  • Working with external consultants to identify, vigorously negotiate for, and secure facilities for each school anticipated in Zeta’s growth plan

  • Ensuring facilities are designed and built to be world-class and state-of-the-art, supporting Zeta’s robust academic and non-academic programming

  • Standardizing, documenting, and constantly improving facilities processes for maximum efficiency in future facilities planning
