To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Director of Operational Strategy with a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5+ years of work experience in finance, management consulting, or scale-up of growing organizations who is fueled by a passion for team success and continual improvement. MBA is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates have a creative, problem-solving mindset, disciplined focus on scalable processes, and interest in education.

Deliver incredible results
As the Director of Operational Strategy, you drive our organizational strategy and build scalable processes across multiple functional areas as we scale up through:

  • Providing high-level strategic visioning and project management for critical initiatives to support the network’s growth plans, including but not limited to private facilities acquisition, design, and development

  • Designing and implementing seamless, effective, and scalable operational processes, including procurement and inventory, data management, and people management

  • Identifying areas of improvements across the organization and using data, experience, and best practices to provide creative solutions

  • Wearing multiple hats as a part of a lean start-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
