Our Network office is located at 401 W 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

To achieve our mission, we are searching for a dedicated and visionary Associate Director of Professional Learning with a proven track record of driving impactful professional learning programming. Passionate about transforming the educational landscape through the seamless integration of academic excellence and social-emotional development. Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, execution, and strategic planning of professional learning programs for Zeta staff and educators across multiple disciplines to uphold Zeta's commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.

- Effectively manage multiple work streams simultaneously to ensure the highest-quality professional learning for a rapidly scaling organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative professional learning that combines high academic standards with social-emotional learning strategies, fostering a love for learning among both students and educators.

- Spearhead the implementation of data-driven methodologies to assess the effectiveness of professional learning initiatives, resulting in measurable improvements in staff performance and student outcomes.

- Forge strategic partnerships with external consultants and organizations, leveraging resources and expertise to enhance the professional development offerings available to Zeta staff.

- Demonstrate impeccable detail orientation to ensure highest quality work product in planning and execution of role.

- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean startup-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
