Web Developer

As part of our Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence through scalable, high-performance websites. We’re looking for a fullstack Website Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a visible impact across web infrastructure, UX, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s marketing websites and landing pages using WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, SCSS/CSS.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces that align with branding and UX guidelines.
• Build and manage integrations (e.g. CRM, analytics, marketing tools, APIs) required for marketing campaigns and tracking performance.
• Optimize website performance, ensure site reliability and security, and monitor/resolve bugs and issues.
• Continuously improve and refactor the codebase, follow best practices and document changes; support long-term site scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in fullstack web development, with a strong focus on WordPress.
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (vanilla and jQuery), SCSS/CSS, and HTML5.
• Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Familiarity with Git version control and modern development workflows.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Ability to translate Figma/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect web pages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with AWS services such as CloudFront, S3, or Lambda for web hosting and performance
• optimization.
• Familiarity with server-side caching strategies and tools (e.g., Varnish, Redis, or object caching in
• WordPress).
• Hands-on experience with headless WordPress setups, including working with REST or GraphQL
• APIs.
