About The Role:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to help execute and scale our paid advertising, social media, earned media, and partnership efforts, with a strong focus on driving brand awareness and external visibility. This U.S.-based role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys working across external-facing channels and balancing hands-on execution with thoughtful strategic input.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior marketing leadership to bring paid, social, media, and partnership strategies to life—helping increase awareness, reach, and engagement among priority audiences. You’ll own meaningful day-to-day execution and coordination across channels, directly shaping how our brand shows up in the market.

As Our Digital Marketing Associate You Will:

  • Paid Advertising (LinkedIn & Google)
    • Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Google with an emphasis on awareness, reach, and engagement
    • Support audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing
    • Monitor performance and report on metrics such as impressions, reach, and CTR
    • Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, messaging, and campaign assets
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution
    • Help shape and maintain a consistent social media strategy designed to increase brand awareness and engagement
    • Own the social content calendar and publishing cadence
    • Draft and publish posts, collaborate on visuals, and ensure messaging is on-brand
    • Track engagement and performance trends and share insights and recommendations
  • Media & Reporter Outreach
    • Support earned media efforts focused on outreach and placements, including:
      • Researching relevant reporters and publications
      • Maintaining media and reporter contact lists
      • Coordinating contributed content, quotes, and background materials
    • Track media placements and support reporting on awareness impact
  • Partnerships & External Relationships
    • Help manage and maintain marketing-related partnerships that expand reach and awareness
    • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and communications with external partners
    • Support co-marketing efforts, sponsorships, and partnership-driven initiatives
    • Keep partnership documentation and status updates organized and up to date
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with content, design, and leadership teams to support awareness-driven initiatives
    • Help document learnings and best practices across channels

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience executing at least one external-facing marketing channel, such as:
    • Paid digital advertising
    • Social media 
    • Media or reporter outreach
    • Partnerships or co-marketing initiatives
  • Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A data-informed mindset, with an interest in measuring and improving brand awareness and engagement

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting earned media outreach or placements
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and/or Google Ads
  • Experience managing or supporting partnerships or co-marketing initiatives
  • B2B marketing experience, particularly in data-, technology-, or analytics-driven environments

  • The annual on-target earnings for this position is anticipated to be up to $85,000–$100,000. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarter is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.
