Financial Planning & Analysis Manager III

Yamaha is seeking to fill a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role for our facility in Kennesaw, GA. This role will provide tactical leadership over forecasting, budgeting and month-end analysis processes for the Yamaha Marine business unit as well as direct supervision and development of FP&A analysts.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee/responsible for the monthly rolling forecast, annual budget, and monthend financial analysis as well as the mid-term / long term financial plan
- Collaborate with business unit leaders on key assumptions (volume, pricing, costs, etc.) for financial forecasts / budgets
- Prepare monthly management reports for financial overviews for the consolidated Marine Business Unit as well as by operating segment
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of planning models, tools and processes
- Support management reporting and analysis around product / division level profitability and breakeven performance
- Lead the development of KPI scorecards and reports to management communicating summarized key insights to drive forward looking strategic planning and decision making.
- Supervise and develop technical skills and business knowledge of direct reports in enhancing FP&A processes and procedures
- Other duties as required.
What you need to be successful:
- BA in Business accounting or finance
- 5 - 7 years operational experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office with strength in Power Point, Access and Excel
- Experience with SAP and Business objects
- Ability to travel up to 15%
