Accounts Payable Clerk

In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping payments smooth, accurate, and on time.

What You'll Be Rocking Every Day

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Match invoices to POs and receipts like a pro
• Prep and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies (you love a good mystery)
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to answer questions and keep things moving
• Maintain clean, organized AP records-because details matter

• You're detail-oriented but still big-picture minded
• You enjoy routine but can pivot when priorities change
• You thrive in a collaborative, friendly environment
• You're dependable, organized, and deadline-driven

• Comfort working with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong data entry and problem-solving skills
